If you would like to delete your ShuntCare account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Open the ShuntCare app on your mobile device.
- Go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account and confirm your request.
- Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “Delete my ShuntCare account”.
Data Deletion Process
Once we receive your request, your personal data — including your name, email address, emergency contacts, and medical records stored in ShuntCare — will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Some non-personal or legally required information may be retained for compliance or security reasons, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
